hmmm.... je tourne depuis presque 4 ans sous linux, et faire une liste de programmes gratuits me sidere : en effet, non seulement 100 % des logiciels sont gratuits sous linux, y compris l'OS, mais 99 % sont également libres (cela veut dire en gros qu'on peut les modifier). mplayer, openoffice, the gimp, etc .... sont issus de linux.

les mises à jour online concernent aussi bien l'OS que les logiciels. Ma distro : Fedora 6.

ben .... tu t'habitue à linux et à ses programmes, que tu utilise, et quand tu reviens sous windows au boulot, tu te demande : où sont mes programmes auxquels je suis habitué ?

je prends un exemple simple : office et openoffice. deux programmes très similaires et compatibles (enfin pour openoffice, pas pour office), et bien tu n'as pas le meme comportement, par exemple le copier coller : sous openoffice tu fait un 'copier' d'une cellule, tu vas dans une feuille, tu tapes du texte, ou tu crée un tableau, etc, 3/4 d'heure plus tard tu fait un 'coller' et ca te colle la cellule copiée. sous excel, tu fait un 'copier', tu appuie sur une touche du clavier par mégarde, et ton 'copier' a disparu et tu ne peux plus coller .... ca m'exaspere et me rend dingue dans mon boulot ..... d'ailleurs je pense que je vais changer et installer openoffice....
